It Goes Deeper has a new son joining the family, Jon Samwell, you may know him as one half of the DJ duo Jon Brooks. So expect a lot more stuff to be going up on the blog, as now with two writers we may even be able to get up to one post a week… at a push. Seriously though, expect a lot more content, featuring all sorts from the world of house & techno, from deep house, tech house, minimal, techno and any other house & techno sub genre, music technology and anything else that takes our fancy.
Here’s just a few bits that have caught my eye recently…
First up is a video from one of the best labels out there who continue to put out great music, Moon Harbour, with some amazing artists they have released this video has interviews with the artists who have created that Moon harbour sounds, from Chris Lattner to Matthias Tanzmann.
Chris Lattner continues to impress with his recent output, in the form of two remixes of the same song, both are brilliant, and that distinct Lattner vibe. Enjoy.
The first remix is more full on, just deep techy house with a slight acid vibe, and as always the vibe and feel of the song is amazing.
A more stripped back track, with all the same characteristics of Lattner tunes, completely different to the other remix, this one hypnotizes.
